TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions whenever we deem a change necessary. Please check our terms and conditions before you order and contact our customer services team if you have any queries.

When you submit an order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Our acceptance of the order takes place as follows:

• For non-prescription products: when we send the products to you. We will send you an email confirming that the products have been sent (“Order Confirmation”). At the time the products leave our warehouse, a contract, containing these general conditions, comes into existence (the “Contract”) and is binding on you and us.

• For prescription products: when we send you an email confirming that we accept your order. At this point, a binding Contract comes into existence, and you will not be able to cancel it. You are responsible for ensuring that the prescription you enter when you place an order is correct. 

We recommend that you print or download a copy of these general conditions and the Order Confirmation for future reference.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in writing and will not process the order.

All prices shown on the Igero website are correct at the time of publishing and all items have been fairly described.

We have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information provided within this website is entirely accurate. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT but they exclude any delivery charges, if these charges are applicable.

The items sold by Igero are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. We do not accept liability for any losses that may arise out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from Igero.

We make all reasonable effort to ensure that the Igero website is free from viruses and defects. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your computer files, programs or information arising as a result of your use of the Igero website.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information regarding your account remains confidential. We shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of you not keeping all such information confidential.

All reasonable effort has been taken to display our item colours accurately. We cannot guarantee that your desktop monitor, display or device will accurately reflect this.

We cannot be held responsible for differences in image colour and the actual product.

COMPETITIONS AND PROMOTION CODES

The following additional terms and conditions apply where a discount promotion code has been used at checkout:

Discounts will only be available on order values over the amount stated in the offer and are only valid until the published expiration date. Discounts are only redeemable for purchases made on the Igero website. Discounts are not refundable and only one discount may be used per customer, per transaction. We reserve the right to end any discounts, offers or competitions at any time, including prior to the advertised end date, without notice.

ERRORS

If a pricing error is discovered for any item you have ordered, we will inform you immediately, and we will also ask whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel the order completely.

If we do cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any payments you have made to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms and conditions outlined above.
