**EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS AVAILABLE** 

All orders received after 15th November are able to be returned up until 15 January 2024.

 

We are sorry that you wish to return an item but hopefully we can make the returns process as simple as possible.

Please note that returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and we will NOT refund items which have been used, worn,  damaged or are missing any original packaging, security tags, labels or protective coverings.

(Please make sure items are returned as new, complete, unworn and in original packaging to qualify for a refund - We cannot refund face masks (for obvious reasons!))

Please attach the label to your parcel and drop off at any Post Office. Once received, we will check the condition of the item returned and we look to process a refund within 3 working days. The refund will be made back to the card originally used to make the purchase or via Paypal/Amazon payments, if applicable.

If you are returning your order from abroad, please email us at returns@igero.com quoting your name and WEB order number.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer when goods are supplied faulty, or not as described. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
